Storm Austen Update
Good morning.
We have been closely monitoring the weather and carefully considering the best course of action for today. With safety as our priority, we have decided to implement a delayed start, with lessons beginning at 10:00 am.
Pupils may still arrive at their normal time if required, and supervision will be provided until lessons commence.
We have also decided to cancel off-site PE activities and Carn Brea today, so swimming kits will not be required. Pupils can still wear PE kits.
We will continue to assess conditions throughout the day and will make further decisions regarding break times as necessary.
We would appreciate it if pupils could bring a packed lunch where possible, as we are currently unsure whether our lunch providers will be operating today. We will provide an update on this as soon as we have further information.
If you would prefer to keep your son/daughter at home today we fully understand but please do inform the school.
